I got this grill book for Kellen for Father's Day. It's awesome. Kellen always has cooking thing he is trying to perfect. He's gone through a pizza phase, tortilla phase, bread phase, and now it's grilling. He's learned a lot from this book and so have I, for example,most meats should have a brine when grilling...not a marinade. Also, cheaper cuts of meats are often better, it's all about how you cook them. Also, you should always buy meat that has a higher fat content and just reduce the amount you eat. The book has full page pictures for almost everything and it's really heavy duty. Anyways...I recommend this book if you like to grill or cook meat :)

Hey Magen, just checking in on your cute family. This is a great suggestion. This new house we're in is the first time we have owned a BBQ and we are loving it. I am gonna buy this book b/c we just can't get enough of using our grill. Love ya. Hope you are well.
