Day 2: Yellowstone

We had and awesome trip to Yellowstone. We got to see a whole lot in two days. We were walking up to see Old Faithful and we saw the steam up above the trees...so we missed it. There was no way I was going to wait for 2 hours. Kellen and I had already seen it before and Leah was about to fall asleep so it was a no go. So no pictures of Old Faithful going off...sorry if your disappointed. I want to post a bunch of pictures because I couldn't deside what not to put on the blog! Without further adu, Yellowstone Day 2.

Leah and I, with a river full of Elk cows and calfs.

This is pretty sweet...a bald eagle. Looking very American. Then later on we saw a coyote getting ready to cross the road.

Leah posing between some tree roots...then later dosing off after a disappointing visit to Old Faithful.

Pictures against Yellowstone lake and Leah checking out a steaming geyser.

These pictures are so cool. In the left you can see the steam reflecting the colors, middle looks like one of those sand jars with some trees photoshoped onto it, and right a flow of lava or something.

Left: Lower falls
Right: Upper falls

Oma and Opa will have Leah for the next week. We'll miss her but it will also be a nice break. Expeccially after her grumpy day today :) I hope you all enjoy the Yellowstone pictures. When we get home I will have to post more online.
